- Log in to the app.
- Click on the Progress icon in the lower menu.
- Click on Meal Log.
- Select your Hunger Level and click Next.
- Describe your meal or skip this step by clicking Next.
- Tap Start to begin tracking your meal.
- Answer your after meal questions.
- Click Finish at the end of the Eat Mindfully experience to save your entry.
